A wonderful day was had by all at Armed Forces Day 2023 on Plymouth Hoe on Saturday 24th June. The weather was beautiful, the sun shone all day with lots of people showing support for all our dedicated service men and women. Lots of people came and spoke with us about Mesothelioma and other asbestos related illnesses. Christine Jones our wonderful Mesothelioma UK Nurse was on hand to answer any medical questions.
A busy day for the trustees, meeting lots of people who took an interest in SWASAG and what we are about. The children along with a few mums & dads enjoyed the lollipops available at the stand.
