Another successful support coffee morning at The Victoria Inn last Thursday 7th March, many patients came together catching up once again over a cream tea or coffee. Christine Jones Meso UK nurse was on hand as ever with her invaluable help and advice for all. Paul Kneller CNS from the Royal Cornwall Hospital was also there again offering any support or advice, Paul was presented with some thermometers from SWASAG for the Sunrise Centre after it was noticed that a need for these were becoming apparent.
Paul said ” It was becoming clear that unfortunately for many different reasons some patients were unable to obtain thermometers, a vital piece of equipment needed before undergoing chemotherapy, we are very thankful to SWASAG for donating these for patients at the Sunrise Centre.”
