The SWASAG Trustees are sad to announce the resignation of Julia Southwell as Vice Chairman and Trustee to the charity. Julia has secured the role of Head Chef in a local bistro and therefore has decided to step down as a Trustee of SWASAG. Julia has been a tremendous support to the charity since the early days of arranging support meetings and has provided tremendous support and assistance to those affected by asbestos related disease.
Julia’s husband, Albert was lost to mesothelioma in February 2017 and Julia has always been passionate about supporting those affected by asbestos related injury. SWASAG is extremely grateful for all the help and assistance which she has provided over the years.
SWASAG wishes Julia all the best in her future roles and hopes to see her at support meetings when she is able to attend.
